Welcome to Fairview Equity Partners
Fairview Equity Partners is a boutique investment management organisation focused upon listed Australian smaller companies. The Executive Directors have in excess of four decades combined experience within Australian financial and investment markets and have worked together for a number of years.
Why a Smaller Companies Fund?
By Australian small companies, we mean companies that generally fall outside the S&P/ASX 100 Index which comprises the top 100 listed companies in Australia by market value.
Smaller companies can provide attractive investment opportunities with the lower level of professional investor coverage ensuring the presence of many undiscovered or under appreciated companies. Suitably resourced and experienced active investment managers are well placed to exploit this inefficiency and add significant excess returns to investors.
The smaller companies universe also offers broad exposure to companies at earlier stages of their development and those which exhibit significant leverage to economic growth.
Why the Fairview Emerging Companies Fund ?
At Fairview Equity Partners we are entirely focused upon the smaller companies space and our fund offers investors a diversified high quality exposure to Fairview's most compelling investments in the listed smaller companies universe.
Key attractions include:
Returns - A core investment approach and tight risk controls provide for more consistent returns throughout the various stages of each investment cycle.
Coverage - A highly experienced and substantially resourced investment team enabling comprehensive access to the smaller companies universe,
Alignment - The investment is totally aligned with fund investors as substantial co-investors, whilst fund capacity is constrained to maximise performance potential.
A nabInvest business partner
Fairview has formed a significant partnership with nabInvest, a division of National Australia Bank. This partnership includes the provision of seed capital and a significant shareholding.
